We looked at the tools available to property managers and knew there had to be something better.
Tenaivo is a product of Groupe Malka Digital Inc., a venture studio based in Montréal, QC. We build AI-powered software for industries that are still running on spreadsheets and legacy tools.
Property management was one of the most obvious gaps. The dominant tools were built a decade ago, US-centric, and blind to the realities of the Quebec market — the TAL, bilingual operations, and the specific workflows that Canadian property managers live with every day.
Tenaivo is our answer. Built on the same AI infrastructure powering the rest of our portfolio, adapted specifically for the challenges of managing properties in Canada and beyond. We're building it in public, improving it based on real feedback, and committed to making it the platform we wished existed.
