2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, company name, and portfolio size when you sign up for our waitlist or create an account. We also collect information automatically, including usage data, log files, device information, and cookies. We do not sell your personal information.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve Tenaivo; to communicate with you about your account, updates, and support; to send you marketing communications if you have opted in; to comply with legal obligations; and to prevent fraud and abuse. We process your data on the legal bases of contract performance, legitimate interests, legal compliance, and consent where required.
4. Data sharing
We share your information with third-party service providers who help us operate Tenaivo, including cloud infrastructure providers, payment processors, and analytics services. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data. We may also disclose your information if required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, where we will provide notice.
5. Data retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting hello@tenaivo.com. We will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days of a verified request, subject to legal retention requirements.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information; to object to or restrict our processing; and to withdraw consent. We use essential cookies to operate the platform and analytics cookies to understand usage. You may disable non-essential cookies via your browser settings or our cookie preference center. We use tools such as Vercel Analytics and Plausible Analytics, which are privacy-respecting and do not track individuals across sites.
8. Data security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. While we take reasonable precautions, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We will notify you promptly if we become aware of a data breach affecting your information.
9. International transfers
