RL-31 slips for all your tenants. Automatically.

Quebec landlords must issue an RL-31 to every tenant each February. Tenaivo generates them all at once — accurate, formatted, and ready to distribute.

What is an RL-31 slip?

An RL-31 (Relevé 31) is a tax slip that Quebec landlords must provide to tenants by the last day of February each year. It shows the amount of rent paid, which tenants may use to claim the Quebec solidarity tax credit (Crédit d'impôt pour solidarité). Failure to issue RL-31 slips can result in penalties from Revenu Québec.
