1. Who we are
Groupe Malka Digital Inc., operating as Tenaivo. Montréal, QC, Canada. hello@tenaivo.com
2. Information we collect
When you use a form on this website (talk to us, demo request or contact), we collect what you enter. Depending on the form, that is your name, email address, company name, portfolio size (number of units), preferred language (or the language of the page), subject and any message you write. With talk-to-us submissions we also record the page you submitted from (the browser referrer). Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, and we use your IP address temporarily to limit repeated form submissions. We do not sell your personal information.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve Tenaivo; to communicate with you about your account, updates, and support; to send you marketing communications if you have opted in; to comply with legal obligations; and to prevent fraud and abuse. We process your data on the legal bases of contract performance, legitimate interests, legal compliance, and consent where required.
4. Data sharing
We share your information only with the service providers that help us run this website and reply to you: Vercel (website hosting), Resend (email delivery, including the notification our team receives and the confirmation you receive), Sentry (error monitoring) and Telegram (internal notifications to our team about new submissions). We may also disclose your information if required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, where we will provide notice.
5. Data retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting hello@tenaivo.com. We will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days of a verified request, subject to legal retention requirements.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information; to object to or restrict our processing; and to withdraw consent. Quebec residents have rights under Law 25 (Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector). To exercise any of these rights, contact hello@tenaivo.com.
7. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use analytics or advertising tools and does not set cookies to track you. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.
8. Data security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. While we take reasonable precautions, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We will notify you promptly if we become aware of a data breach affecting your information.
9. International transfers
Your data may be processed in Canada, the United States, or other countries where our service providers operate. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for any international transfer, including standard contractual clauses where required by applicable law.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the application at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Tenaivo after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. If you have questions, contact hello@tenaivo.com.
